Established in 1986, Southern
Plumbing of Ocala, Inc. is a Sub S corporation with Bob Redd and
Frank Grant owning 100% of the business. Recent yearly
sales are at $3 million with a Dun & Bradstreet Rating of
3A1 and a PAYDEX rating of 80. Southern Plumbing's primary
focus is commercial work within 50 miles of Ocala.
Contract work consists of
approximately 70% bid and 30% negotiated. We do budget pricing and design
build work.
